Leadership team
Stephanie leads commercialization and go-to-market strategy at Cambio and has deep expertise in commercial real estate retrofits and building science. She spent nearly a decade in commercial real estate, launching platforms at Goldman Sachs, KKR ($30bn REIT), and JPMorgan. She completed her MBA and MS in the sustainable built environment at Stanford and holds a BA in Economics from Harvard. Her masters thesis at Stanford focused on the commercialization of AI to drive mass retrofit adoption.
Leia applies her real estate and climate tech expertise to lead product vision and execution. Over nearly a decade spent in commercial real estate, she deployed $8Bn globally as Director of Investments across Europe & Asia Pacific for Oxford Properties Group / OMERS. She also worked at G2 Venture Partners as a climate tech investor. Her love of sustainable buildings started a decade ago, when she led a net-zero solar-powered construction project for the U.S. Department of Energy. Leia holds a BS in environmental science, an MBA from Stanford, and CFA.
Leon leads engineering for Cambio, bringing over 12 years of software engineering expertise to the team. Before Cambio, Leon spent four years at Faire, joining as the fourth backend engineer and helping to grow Faire to a $12Bn company.
